epp template don't check param, just check the number of params

      Parameter validation when calling EPP templates was only checking number of parameters and ignoring the parameter names. This caused certain illegal calls to be accepted (without setting values). Now
      calls to EPP templates are validated with the same logic that
      is used when validating resource parameters.

      Description

      when we tried tu do template, only the number of parametter are check.

      Why if i defined a list of parameters, when call the template whith most number of parameter, the compilator return un error.

      If i call the template with other parameter name that i have declared in the epp template, i have no compilator error
