THIS IS A CROSS TEAM EPIC - DO NOT INCLUDE IN A SPRINT.
This thematic epic is for technical debt across all versions. It encompasses work in the categories of Deprecations, Removals, Renovation, and Sanitation.
In specific releases. Add epics on the form "X[.Y.Z] TechDebt" e.g. "5.0.0" TechDebt, where ".x" may be used to denote a series of releases. Make the release specific epic support the thematic epic.
If there is a need also add "X.x Removals" and "X.x Deprecations" that supports the TechDebt epic with the same version.
This epic "Theme: TechDebt" should never be closed.
