    Description

      The PUP-5994 exposed a problem in PMT where paths over 100 characters were not properly extracted from the tarball on Windows. Acceptance tests should be created to test file path boundaries for module content. Also, the tests should run against Windows if that is not already true.

      Build a smaller artifact, previously using broken DSC artifact. The smaller tar file will not cause disk space issues.
