      When restarting a service with puppet in Solaris 11.2, the -s flag should be used, which makes the restart action atomic. SMF (and thus puppet) should not return before the service has finished restarting. In Solaris 11.1 and older, the -s flag should not be used,

      solaris 11.2+ SMF service restarts were returning prior to the service restarting. They will now be synchronous.

      Description

      The restartcmd in smf.rb needs to add the -s flag to make sure that service restarts are synchronous
