    Description

      Test cases:

      • A normal, successful failover.
      • An attempted failover when no masters in the server_urls list can be reached.
      • Master failing mid-run (no failover should occur)

      In addition, we'll need cases to ensure that the new server_urls option behaves reasonably in conjunction with the old (possibly deprecated) server option. This bit is still under discussion.
