      Description

After upgrading our environment from Foreman 1.11 to 1.12 and Puppet 3.75 to 4.6.0, this issue showed up on our 2 CentOS nodes:

It happens intermittenly, and I just don't know what to do to fix this.

I read a bit about https://docs.puppet.com/puppet/latest/reference/indirection.html but I think my setup is correct (e.g. my puppet.conf has node_terminus = exec, which makes sense since we're using Foreman as an ENC)

Please let me know what other info I may provide to help.

      Thanks
