      Description

The Puppet Serialization is not yet capable of handling the new Binary type. This type should be added to the serialization using a new extension code. Suggested code is 0x38 which is the first available code in the range range 0x30 - 0x7f reserved for mapping specific runtime classes (the Sensitive type will occupy 0x37).

Note: Once the Binary type has been added to serialization, the PBinaryType class should also be added to the file spec/shared_contexts/types_setup.rb where it is currently missing.
