      Description

After additional discussion the 'verbatim' feature did not turn out to be so great as it just introduces complexity and it we may block having a different interpolation format in the future. For that reason, we will remove the 'verbatim' feature.

Thus, the data_hash function always interpolates the values at the point in time when the value is produced. The other functions does not provide automatic interpolation but can opt in to interpolation the hiera way via the context object given to them. It is therefore up to the implementors of data providing functions to decide how they work.

In this ticket, the added 'verbatim' option should be removed. (The PUP-6781 cannot simply be reverted as it does not contain all of the implementation, but what it does contain may be).
