      Description

When you have Timestamp process a time stamp, it can choose to only process some of the string without providing any feedback on it. For example:

      notice(Timestamp('1970-01-01 01:02:03 UTC'))

Will result in a timestamp of "1970-01-01T00:00:00.000000000 UTC"
