Description
Currently the Redhat provider only calls "service" when interacting with services even with "systemd". Sysv init scripts require "systemctl" to be used. It would save customer effort if the Redhat provider checked for a SysV-style init script to determine whether the "service" or "systemctl" should be used for an service.
