    Description

      One of the commits for PUP-7864 caused a regression in the puppet system loader because it assumed that 'puppet/lib' would always be reachable using 'lib'. The regression was caught in acceptance tests where the 'puppet/lib' folder is renamed to 'site_ruby'.
