      All CA-related subcommands have been removed from Puppet. These are:
      * cert

      * certificate_revocation_list
      Users should now use `puppetserver ca` and `puppet ssl` instead.

    Description

      The many certificate and CA-related Faces Puppet provides are confusing to users, using ambiguous phrases and operating in different ways depending on whether they are used on a master or agent node.

      We should remove them once we have built streamlined versions of a client (probably an update to puppet cert) and CA CLI tool (probably updates to the tool created in SERVER-2172).
