      Description

In the process of adding support for Fedora 29, a workaround was performed to install cronie as the cron backend for Fedora builds. During a review, it was noted that we're doing this for all EL and Fedora versions, even though the default cron backend is different between versions. For example, EL 5 used vixie-cron, and Fedora 28 & 29 use a systemd replacement for cron.

Since we want to use the distro's correct default to model what our users will end up doing, the cron puppet acceptance tests need to be refactored to address this.
