      Description

The error message for the 'references' validation is not helpful. For example, in create-policy, if one of `repo`, `broker`, or `task` does not match an existing entity, the error message will be the same regardless of which entity did not match:

attribute name must refer to an existing instance

This should instead be more qualified, reading e.g.:

attribute broker.name must refer to an existing instance
