Client should indicate what additional details are available

When I run 'razor nodes nodeNNN', the output gives me no indication that I can get additional information, e.g. with 'razor nodes nodeNNN {log,facts,hw_info}'

The output should have a line at the end that says 'additional details: log, facts, hw_info, tags, policies' etc.

Only objects that are actually there for the node should be mentioned (e.g., if the node has no facts or tags, they should not be mentioned in the above)
