      Description

In a razor policy, you’ve got this stanza:

      hostname_pattern: “prefix-${id}.example.com”

Where ${id} is incremented for each new node.

My first problem is that that variable appears to be global across all policies, instead of local to each policy. Let’s say the last node I launched was from “policy-foo” and is named “foo-14”. If the next node I provision is from policy “bar”, then it will be named “bar-15”, even if there are no other nodes in that policy at all. So that needs improvement.

After that, I would sometimes like to reset the id value back to the beginning or be able to specify my own incrementor that would start at the beginning.
