      Added the verbose flag to the `puppetserver ca` subcommand. When the `--verbose` flag is passed additional low level details about the action being invoked will be displayed, notably details regarding http requests that the tool makes will be logged at this level.

      With the verbose flag set the command should output information at the debug level. The current output and any additional input that might be valuable should be assessed for whether it should be output at debug.
