Make a pass of Server docs for Platform 7

We should give the server docs a once-over as part of the work form Platform 7, to see if there are any obvious areas where language can be cleaned up, particularly around removing references to Puppet Server as "new" or "experimental" or an alternative to a native Ruby master.
