Sprint: Bolt Kanban
Release Notes: Enhancement
Release Notes Summary: The `modulepath` setting in `bolt.yaml` can now be specified as an array of directories, rather than just a PATH-like string, allowing a single `bolt.yaml` to be used on both *nix and Windows clients.
QA Risk Assessment: Needs Assessment

Since the file seperator is different depending on where bolt is running it's hard to commit a bolt.yaml to a control repo with a module path.

Bolt should accept either a single string or an array of paths for the modulepath. If the modulepath config setting is an array bolt should not split the paths on file separator.
