Since PuppetDB 1.4.0 it's possible to use PEM files instead of keystores for the HTTPS configuration of the jetty. It would be really nice if that would be also possible for the SSL connection to the postgresDB so that there are also no keyfiles needed.

Brian Cain has fixed the documentation to allow users to specific the CA file without having to use JKS files.
