 Description

This option has now moved to [puppetdb] so the work-around we have applied in PDB-813 to move this configuration item can now be removed.

I think the description in this ticket is out of date. At one time we were moving stuff into global, but global (as its name implies) could cause us some collisions with other apps if in the future we have more than one app deployed with PDB. We dropped deprecation messages saying we've moved it, we just need to make that permanent. Looks like the docs are out of date too. I'm updating the ticket description with this new info.
