I had created this epic to list the holistic work for Master and Agent not sharing libdirs, and looks like the first issue that was noticed as a symptom has been resolved. is this something we'd need to continue looking into or should I close this?

Archana Sridhar, no, I think this should stay open. The related issue was resolved per the workaround of having the master and agent share the libdir, but this is not where we'd like to be with this for the long term. My understanding is that this ticket captures the desire to move toward being able to separate the two directories while still supporting the ability to deliver all variations of code in modules.

Thanks Jeremy Barlow. That was my understanding too. I will leave this open and we can add other tickets as needed.

Moved target fix version for this to PUP 6.0.
