Release Notes: New Feature
Release Notes Summary: The {{sort()}} function has been moved from stdlib to puppet. The function now also accepts a lambda for the purpose of using a custom compare.
QA Risk Assessment: Needs Assessment

Move functions unique, reject, and sort() from stdlib to puppet and update them to use the 4.x function API. The new implementation must be backwards compatible but may add new features.

The reject() function is not essential since there is a more powerful and general filter() function in puppet. Will not move that function. The unique() function has already been moved to puppet.

Helen Campbell, Thomas Honey could you verify that stdlib contains the deprecation warnings Henrik Lindberg mentioned?
